Privacy Notice

This notice covers the Leafnote waiting list at this site. Leafnote itself is still in development; a full Privacy Policy covering the app — plant photos, location, and account data — will be published before launch and linked from here. It will be built to meet India's DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and CCPA baselines.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list, we collect:

• Your email address, so we can contact you about early access.
• Your name, if you choose to share it, so we can address you personally.

We don't collect anything else through this page — no tracking pixels, no third-party ad cookies.

How we use it

• To email you when early access opens.
• To occasionally share meaningful progress updates before launch.

We never sell or share your details with third parties, and we won't use your email for anything unrelated to Leafnote.

Where it's stored

Waitlist entries are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security enabled, so the data is not readable through any public API — only through authenticated, internal tooling.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove your email from the waiting list at any time, either by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. We'll delete your entry within a reasonable time.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
